Free US Shipping. Here's Exactly How It Works.
The short version: every order ships free within the US, tracked, and arrives in 8–12 business days after processing. No minimums, no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing time Orders are processed in 1–3 business days before they ship. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Delivery time 8–12 business days from the ship date, anywhere in the US. So from click to doorstep, plan on roughly 2 to 3 weeks total.
Why 8–12 days? Honest answer: we ship directly from our suppliers instead of marking products up 3–4x to sit in a US warehouse. That's how the prices stay low and shipping stays free. We think the trade-off is worth it — and if you disagree when the item arrives, you've got 30 days to return it, no questions asked.
Tracking Every order is tracked. Your tracking link is in the shipping confirmation email. Heads up: tracking can take 2–5 days to show its first update after the label is created — that's normal, your order is moving.
Where we ship US only for now (all 50 states). No international shipping yet — if that changes, you'll see it here first.
Order didn't show up? If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the ship date, email with your order number. We'll track it down, and if it's genuinely lost, we'll reship or refund — your call.
